I past the 200,000 mark today. I'm at 204K and change. Goal is 350K by the end of the Challenge but we will see. Having reached the goal so early it may be hard to stay motivated. Other goal set way back in May was to get below 200 lbs (from 239!) by New Years but I seem to be stuck at 207.

Made it over 94,000 this morning, in 8 workouts total. One more to go.
Did a HM on saturday and knocked 36 seconds off last time (1:23:34.0 for an average of 1:58.8). If I manage to do a FM by XMAS I'll probably make 200K. We'll see.

even with some cold on the water rowing in the mornings over the weekend, managed to sneak in a couple of afternoon sessions prior to evening Christmas parties to boost my meters to over 116K.

200K doable but will take some long sessions.

Thanks, I was happy. My goal is a full marathon at a 2:00 pace within a few months. Your at a severe disadvantage with 5 kids, although I do have three dachshunds and two grandkids.

My meters per day has slowed down since I hit 200K. I find I'm only erging every other day this week, but I'm still up to 225,000M for the Challenge. Did do a PB for the hour (15,157M) late last week - but starting to transition into more interval and speed work than LSD workouts. I'd rather pull at 1:58 for an hour than 1:51 for 2K but the indoor season is upon us and it's time to feel the pain.

Being up to 225,000M for the Challenge is like being up to 43km for a marathon.

Me, I'm up to 143,984 for the 100K Challenge.

Did a HM today (PB, by the way B) ) Total about 25,5 k for the day, that makes 159573m for the challenge.

Lots of traveling for the next days, but I think I will do it!

Depends how you define PB! Since September this is my first consistent training on the erg since 1996. Had been using it since to supplement hiking and cycling and a little bit of on the water training. Compared to '96 I'm very slow! My current 2K pace is slower then my old best 5K pace.

LOL - Yes I realized I made it already. In fact my Challenge T-shirt from Zazzle should show up tomorrow. My personal challenge when I hit 200K was to make 350K by Christmas, but unless I do a Marathon that's going to be tough with all the pre-holiday obligations.

I just started erging mid summer so this is was first challenge. What have some of the other one's been?
