try Jeff Wagner's ergscores.comsite. There should be a thread or page that can at least show you what other junior women are doing.

I don't know of any separate US records. You can filter the rankings by country code, so you can see lightweight women 13-18 in the US for each year in the rankings. 7:28.4 was the top ranked time last year.

i would suggest filtering these results to show 'race only' - this will give you an idea of what is happening at the race level.
