Runners Thread
Bumping the thread again. I've been running once a month and rowing about 3 times a month for the past 3 months. Lazy, lazy lazy. I did a slow 10k today. Hopefully I can get my lazy a** out bed tomorrow and do a short run.

I am still running but nearly all off-road, which is what I want to do. However it has really slowed my road pace down. 7 min mile pace feels like all-out effort and I had DOMS after a 9 mile road run on Sunday. Off-road, no problems but it is a slower pace and more varied as well.

Not been over here for a while and this thread seems to have died off.
