DVD workout that is 55 minutes long perfect for burning fat!

Post by xeno » November 2nd, 2006, 6:41 pm

Hello Everyone,

DVD 7: 100K / 200K per month, no problem.

I had the idea of running this workout and make it roughly 55 minutes in order to facilitate pushing 200k for the holiday challenge.

All the best,

XENO

How is that working for you, Xeno. Any fat burned off yet?

From the look of things, the only fat left to burn off would be in his neurological myelin sheathing ;-)

Can anyone vouch for the quality of these videos?

Xeno, it'd be awesome if you could share some short clips from the videos (like on Youtube or something) so that we could get a small taste of what's on the DVDs...

I kind of felt the same way, but Xeno and his DVDs seem so universally admired here, and his posts make him sound quite interested in helping that I ordered 3 of the DVDs yesterday without seeing any clips.

I do think having some clips somewhere would help to convince people to buy them though.

...and did the workout with Xeno-- I highly recommend it. The 55 mins. include a fair amount of single-arm work, some biceps and triceps, and some ab work-- and he still got well over 10k. I didn't get that far but it felt great, pushing me without leaving me in a puddle on the floor. I also have Xeno's first DVD, which is fine also, but this one is my new favorite.
