Boston CRASH B trainng

Post by Jeff Dombrowski » November 8th, 2006, 7:30 pm

I am new to Boston and will be trianing for the CRASH Bs, and am looking for others to train with. I belong to Boston Sports Club and live in the South End. Last year I pulled a 6:37, hoping to better that.

I am here for work through February. I'll be back in Long Beach once before then. How did the competition in England go?

I am here for work through February. I'll be back in Long Beach once before then, hopefully so I'll be able to do the the Beach Sprints. How did the competition in England go? Any suggestions on where to look for workouts?

Welcome to Boston. I'm sure once the snow starts to fly you will put down roots and never leave us for Long Beach! Great training can be had with Tom Boher. Find him at TBfit.com.
