Hey Brigitte, glad to see you again. The Antarctic does take its toll, but a spell next to the wood stove with some good spirits makes things right again.

Unfortunately, it looks like the Head of the Lake will not take place this year. They do have another regatta coming up this weekend, but not quite as big as head of the lake.

My son dressed for the weather in Seattle. The
Brentwood coach has written a detailed account of the weekend.

Keep on rowin', eh.

In honor of the Irish part of my heritage, I'll cast my vote for March 17th for reaching the end of the rainbow, and hopefully the pot o' gold.

Summary of arrival guesses to date:

March 5 - Kirk
March 7 - John
March 15 - Trevor (The Ides of March)
March 17 - Dan (St. Patty's Day)
March 31 - Jim (The correct answer :D )

Not the most friendly of environments yet.

And we have made it past Cape Horn. Well done, hosers. That was a long slog across Antarctica and the Antarctic Ocean. It is all overland now until we arrive in Vermont.

Keep on rowin', eh.

Welcome June Wan from Mississauga, Ontario to the Eh!Team.

Our numbers continue to grow.

We still need some women in the C2C challenge or all of that hard rowing will go waste. Don't worry about your time, just do the row and submit it to the C2C site.

Keep on rowin', eh.

Hi everybody!
I haven't been here for a while and haven't rowed as much as I would have liked. A combination of too much work and a prolonged chest infection my wife brought me back from the UK at the beginning of October!
I was in no condition to try the 2K before now and haven't done a real 2K test for a long time so was pleased with my 6:55.8 (a new PB by 3.8 seconds). Hopefully I'll get another try before the end of the month.
Its good to see lots of new faces in the team: welcome to you all. We'll be back at HQ before long: my guess March 10.
Hey Kirk I managed to draw level in the Nonathlon. My first PB for a long time. Maybe I should revisit a few of my other times and distances now?!
Cheers
