hey guys, my coach made my crew do a HR test.
It was 6 * 4 min ergoes, slowly increasing the power (proportional to your 2k pb).
The max heart rate i could reach was 179. is this good?

generally max hr is neither good nor bad, it just is. we are all different and comparison is futile
