90 MINUTE PIECES

hi! quick question- i am a lightweight junior woman wiht a 2k around 7:30 and a 6k split around 2:02...if i wanted to do 90' pieces, what spm/split should i aim for?

Aim for a half marathon (21097m) with a 2:07.9 split.

2:08 is a little harsh. 2:12 is more like it.
7:30/24:20 nice rowing.

Just take whatever split you hold for an hour and either continue to hold it or add up to 3 seconds to it. Rate is the same as any other SS piece, somewhere between 16 and 22. Or, and this is probably the best idea, ask your coach. I doubt you got into the 7:30's on your own.
