All my logcard entires have somehow been deleted. Did a session last night (using RowPro) and that session is now the only one to appear on my logcard.
It still says 17% used and my name still appears on the card, but apart form last night's session the card is blank.
I think I've got the latest PM3 firmware (the one with the fish game in the main menu).
I've had two logcards and have had problems with both of them. The first one stopped being recognised by the PM3. For a while, you could repeatedly remove and insert it and it would eventually be detected, but then it gave up completely and I tossed it out.
Usually, I leave the logcard in the PM3 and very seldom remove it, so I thought it would have been safe and sound in there - I'm surprised I've had two cards become faulty.
Would this be due to bad luck, or could there possibly be a hardware problem, does anyone know?
Thanks.

A combination of bad luck and faulty firmware. If you still suspect hardware try cleaning the contacts on the LogCard with a pencil eraser.rowan wrote: Would this be due to bad luck, or could there possibly be a hardware problem, does anyone know?

Download V97 firmware. Download the PM3 LogCard utility. Install the firmware then install and run the LogCard util (with your PM3 hooked up with the USB cable). The utility can backup / repair broken logcards.
I take an archive copy of my logcard every month (as an *.LCB file).
I second the suggestion to run the LogCard utility. When you make a backup of the card, if it finds any "lost" workouts it will let you "restore" them and attach them to an exisiting user. I'm sure it will find the data that's taking up 17% of the card.
I don't think it's likely to be a problem with the card. Bad contacts wouldn't make users disappear, they'd cause errors on the PM3. And if the chip on the card was going bad it too would cause errors on the PM3. It's unlikely that a piece of hardware on the card failed and left the card in a usable state without generating any kind of complaints. Unless you've bought one of those "self-healing" LogCards.

Will, does your LogCard have multiple users on it? If so -- I've read forum posts from C2 before where they said that RowPro doesn't properly select the LogCard user before going into JustRow mode. You need to select the user and get to the main menu before starting up RowPro. If you don't select the user, then the PM3 can't record the session to the LogCard.I am also having problems with online races and training sessions set up through RowPro not getting recorded on the logcard. I thought I had solved this by updating my firmware, but it is still occurring.
