How to combine rowing with other exercises?

How to combine rowing with other exercises?

Are there sample workouts of combining rowing with other exercises, such as push-ups, weights, etc?

My girlfriend and I workout together and we only have one rower. So we want the other person doing something while the other person is rowing.

Right now I'm modifying CrossFit workouts to solve this problem. But any other advice would be helpful.

You could run, outside or on a treadmill, or get a bicycle trainer for indoors.
