Hi, I'm female, 47, 5'4", 160. I'm looking to loose weight, define arm muscles and get back in shape. I've had my rower for 2 weeks and row everyother day for 30 mins each time. Nothing fancy just row while listening to audio books.
Should I row every day? for longer than 30 mins? Can I row more than once a day on weekends?
Will rowing shape up the area between my waist and my knees?

30 minutes is excellent.
You can row more than once a day.
It is helpful to aim for consistency day to day, then to keep adding to this gradually.

Yes to all. Just keep it up. Do what ever it takes audio books, dvd's, xeno's dvd's, join group of rowers.

Remember to take a day off at least every three days and do something else. Muscles have issues concern rest. Do not rest too long Fat has memory.

I have to agree Row,row,row and take a day off once or twice a week,
Listening to AB keeps me motivatin', for longer rows that is!!
