Pyramid and Interval Workout DVDs, XENO

Post by xeno » April 19th, 2006, 9:42 pm

Hello Everyone.

I am about to release two additional workout DVDs.

One is a rate change pyramid and the other a short interval workout.

Both will push you as hard as you want.

In need a couple of days to finish adding the information onto the website.

It is a pleasure to provide motivation for rowing.

All the best,
sincerely

The last two DVD's are great. I've got all six now. They're all fun and they're all different. Xeno's enthusiasm is contagious and time really flies if you do your workouts with Xeno. In the last two DVD's as a bonus you get to ride in the boat with Xeno as he takes you for a ride through Newport Bay. If you row on water, you can appreciate the balance, deep puddles, and bladework. It's inspiring.

Say, did I mention how much I like these DVD's? Dang, they're fun.

Byron

Thank you Byron.
I have a lot of fun making these workouts for DVD.
I am thinking of another one in the near future. I enjoy talking about technique when I row.
Sincerely,

Xeno,

Thank you for your videos and for your infectious enthusiasm for rowing. While I may not post to the forum very often or express it often enough, I owe you a lot of thanks.

The two newest videos are fantastic. Please keep the coming; they really make for a great workout and fit well into a great training program.

Es tud mir leid weil mein Deutsch is ganz schlect und ich habe venige uben, aber deine videos sind ausgezeichnet. Ich habe alle sechs und brauche mehr. Machen sie uns mehr bitte.

Will

I ordered all 6 DVD's from Xeno's website and got them a few days later (quick shipping!). They are all great, and the first time I rowed with Xeno's pyramid DVD, I beat my 1-hr PB mark rather easily. I really enjoy watching the videos, and Xeno is a really good instructor. Like the person before said, his enthusiasm for rowing is "infectious". I would definitely recommend them to anyone who ergs!

On a side note, Xeno's t-shirts are really good quality as well, although I already shrunk mine in the dryer!

Thanks for the videos Xeno, and keep them coming!

Xeno technique DVD's ???

Post by Surf Scoter » November 17th, 2007, 3:33 pm

Hello, I am a new indoor rower and heard about the 2 technique DVD's from the women's forum. I followed the link, but cannot seem to find or get to a page on Xeno's website where I can order them. I would like to start out right and would appreciate any help locating the DVD's. THANKS!

It is hard enough at any time being shut up in the dark with nothing to do; but the prospect of being a human sacrifice at the end of it just made the whole situation incomparably worse.
