I did my 70 miles today on the bike. Hopefully tomorrow my legs will cooperate. I am planning on rowing at 17:00 GMT. See you all tomorrow.

Hi Ladies
The results of the Ladies Race are online. I am missing a short bio of the participants and (because the season is beginning since a short time) send me your best time from the last 2 months
Krysta won the race with a big difference to the other places. Congratulations. Susan and Clair were coming after the race started
For Berit and for me was a best season. I got from 21:45.7 by the SC World Cup to 21:33.? in the ladies Race, thanks Arlene. Berit won 3-4 seconds
2 Bugs were present at the race, the server is being updating. Clair and Susan came when the race was ready started. Very Sad, I hope the next time you are more confident with the race procedures.
I will repeat the race again after I have the other classes ready. This weekend is a Special Class Men 30 Heavyweight but at difference of the Ladies Race, women are welcome to participate too

Danae and I went for a bike ride but we had some trouble and did not get back in time. (I am sorry!)
