Thanks for posting this! My daughter likes to skip rope. I showed her this and she got a big kick out of it :D . I used to box back in my teenage years and could jump rope about half as well as that guy and I thought that was pretty good. You're right, amazing!

That is a really cool vid. Would skipping rope be a good type of cross-trainging for rowing?

I would assume so. From experience jumping rope can get very tiresome after a while, and you use both legs and arms....so give it a try and see if it makes any results for you....:)
