Well my back has been bothering me a little bit lately and was considering gooiing to a chiropracter. I am a starboard rower so i am sure my back should be out aligned.
Should i go to one?
chiropracter
I think usually (although I'm only 15) back pain is assocaiated with bad technique IE bending the back. When you do your peices, try pivoting from the hips instead of breaking the back. Keep the back straight. The chiropracter will probably give you some streches or so to do. Thats my 2c.

From experience, if you can afford it, definitely see a chiropractor. I've had back pain on and off for a time, and come to find out, I had a misaligned pelvis, and some misalignments in my mid-back. Makes sense considering I used to be a catcher, and my rowing technique is probably much less than perfect. But on the plus side, I feel 10 times better - like I'm standing taller, and pulling harder, for longer. Jus make sure you go to a reputable place.
