2k!!!! beat my recod, 7:49!<br /><br /><br />then i got home....did a 1k....broke my record for that...............!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Thats nice. <br /><br />ps if you really go flat out you need at least 15/20 min to be able to talk normal ;-)) <br /><br />About the pacing. Make a raceplan before you start and stick to it. try to even pace the first 3 500 meters and if you can increese the split the last 500. The last 250/300 lock your feet flat on the steps and so shorten the stroke and increese the rate.

2000m warm up on the erg<br /><br />2 x 30' on the bike this moring<br /><br />stretch<br /><br />6k this saturday so im backing off on the weigths and threshold stuff for now.<br />
