I can only share the distances I row ... nothing about pace, rate, fluids ingested, food eaten, supplement taken, music listened to, television watched, beer consumed, etc. Since there's no genetic testing at the CRASH-Bs (yet), watch out ladies!<br /><br /> :D

Since the competition phase of my erg season is done, it's back to long cardio pieces like today's heart rate variation workout. <br /><br />8min warm-up, 4 separte ups of 2-3min with 5min easy pieces in between, 10min cool-down.<br /><br />43 minutes, 2:10.9 avg split, 9812m total.<br /><br />
