I had a good day yesterday
2k warm up at 2:10spm followed by 2 x 14min at 2.03 (3 min break).
Then 4 x 500m sprints with 1 min break @1:55 1:54 1:53 & 1:51
so 10.754 mtrs making 91k this month all at 130df.

Then did the rest of my programme aiming at a sub 7:30 2k.next month
OK that's pretty slow for most of the contributers but you're all 10'ft tall and 25yo

Do I feel good? Certainly do but it's expensive. All my trousers are too big and my shirts too small since I've taken up the erg.
Must be doing some good.

Did my annual(?) marathon yesterday in 2:49:39. Felt pretty good from a strength and cardio viewpoint- but really struggled in the last half trying to find a comfortable seat option. C2 seat pad, gel pad, bubble wrap, folded towel----nothing seemed to give relief, but got through it okay. Day off today with a sore right cheek......JonW

Jon,
Your calendar seems to be off by a few months The annual marathon is in April, so you are going to have to do another one
