Training
Tougth I would do 3 x 3000 m between 5k and 2k pace. I started off to hard on the first row and "blew up my engine". I still managed to do the second row in about the same time, but the tird row I just pulled at about 10 K pace, just to finish it off

At last! yesterday I managed to finish a 10K. I was going to do it fartlek style but felt "empty". Struggled to the half way point at around 1:51 pace. Started to get board again, same old story, so I lifted the pace and started to feel a lot better. Did the 2nd 5K in 17:42.4.

Not really bothered about the time, just glad I managed to finish one.
36:11.1 (1:48.6) 28spm

Second session
Had a real nice 2nd session yesterday. 10x500m with 1:30 active recovery.
