Set personal best in the semi-inane category of "longest erg without stopping for any reason."

26k in 105'

I could've pushed it to the full two hours or to the nice, round 30k... but I've got a triathlon workout with an old rowing friend today, and I want to be at least somewhat functional.

I'm pretty proud of this one, since (a) it really wasn't that hard, especially compared to my old 102' row from two years ago that I literally crawled away from and (b) I'm not in particularly good erging shape, as I'd been doing marathon running training for the last six months.

I have to do 2 90” rows at low rate a week; these sessions are hard but give great results in stoking power.

When will you be aiming for the 30k?
