I can see Nick Rockliff ahead of me - that's who I'm chasing. You'll just have to throw a couple of full marathons into the mix. <br /><br />I'm working towards the Surrey 3K so I may have to do more stuff like the 5*1500 intervals this week and next.

That is moved our HM battles up another notch Dougie.<br />I cannot contemplate doing that time but I suppose it must be possible. Interested to know how you paced it

<br />Citroen, it makes sense to just do a 2k and get it over with. everyone's gonna be hassling you until you're sub-7 anyway...<br /><br />A couple of PBs for me, another 500m - <b> 1.27.4</b> and a 10k - <b>37.48.8</b><br />It's taken a bloody long while to break 38mins for 10k so well pleased with that.
