Took another 17 seconds off my 5k time, for 20:40.5.

Yesterday did my first 30' row, and scored 7061m.

Keep up the good work, everyone. It's fun to read the success stories.

Nick

A Full marathon @1:56.9 even more unbelievable!

Starting at that pace, i become tired after 3K, uncomfortable after 6K and completely spoiled (+ PB) after 10K. Your FM should inspire me to do this 10K PB .
