Are you rowing on EXR? Because I know their Facebook and Discord group contains at least one Fin. I rowed with Felttie a couple of times (see https://www.youtube.com/live/Nkqn_MmBdvw for one of his rows). But there are other Fins out there (see your blue-white flag pop up diring rows often enough). And plenty of others more than willing to rownwith a Fin.
