If I get 83:xx on Friday I will be happy, although I am still tempted by the 60' as I was thwarted (not often you get chance to use that word) by cramp in the last 2 minutes when 15500+ was looking good.

I'm going to row both "holiday" challenges (100K + 200K) next week and the week after - I'm planning on averaging 25K per day for twelve days - to give me two rest days.

well, never posted here before(just found it) but i wanted to post my 2k personal record<br />1:45.8/500m so that comes out to i believe 7:02.4.<br />my previous pr was 1:51.9/500m or 7:28.0(i think)<br />anyways it seems tp be pretty good to me!!<br />
