Thanks guys!

I'm very very very very pleased with my new PB (6:36.4 the old one was 6:38:9) and my 8th place at the BIRC. Never thought I would come to this result in my first (real) race ever

I wish to concratulate all people who had a PB very good (I know it was not easy!).

Hennie

And thanks for the congrats.

I'm still coughing now. With that dry atmosphere and the shouting at other competitors and the three hour drive home (that should have taken two hours - except for the 15mile tail-back on the M40 between J11 and J9 where my average speed was about 16KPH).

I, only, did a very easy, very slow 10K R20 session this morning - took 42 minutes.
