OK Holm, I could not let your new PB go unanswered. I wanted to join the club. I did a new PB over 10K:

41:15.7

... an improvement of 1:20.0 over my previous best of 42:35.7. Set in the 10K Fall Racing Series handicap race. My planned target was 41:20.0.

The Wolverine Plan is working!

I'm still slow, but getting faster ...

Regards -- Mark

It also helps to have a community here that is supportive and sharing. I would be so far behind where I am today without everyone here ... and on RowPro. Having this "cheerleading" section, a training plan that leaves little to chance, and regular races in which to test one's advances, it's much harder not to complete a hard workout or press for those last, hard strokes in a close race. I'm 20 pounds lighter, and in better condition than I've been in for many, many years. I'm not fast, but getting faster every day. It's a great feeling.

Regards -- Mark
