Replace Stock Pedals for Hybrid-Flat/SPD Cleated Pedals

Replaced Stock Pedals with Hybrid Flat/SPD Cleated Pedals — (Shimano XT Touring PD-T8000 SPD Pedals). This allows me to use cleats or sneakers/trainers (flats). Probably the best option when you have multiple users of the BikeERG. I just use flats for ten/fifteen minutes when I just want to warm up before lifting weights.

I had to add 'blocks' to the pedals so my wife can reach them!! Found them on a bike shop website, held on with the trusty cable ties!!
