Back in the long distant day there was a canine superhero cartoon Underdog. Underdog was the avatar for Shoeshine Boy, a canine who would transform into Underdog to save the world. According to the online descriptor from a popular retailer with prime intentions, a TV reporter named Sweet Polly Purebred often had to be rescued by her hero, Underdog. Avatars are really important tools, and they often take me down bunny trails of the mind...and those might be parallel or divergent from the original. When naming reindeer, some requests are made...and sometimes general themes given. When I read about Sweet Polly, seemed like a great reindeer name.

Hi, I'm new to Luna-Tics and just wanted to intro myself. I'm on a Concept2 RowErg, I'm newer at rowing and am having fun while trying to get/stay fit (you'll find me on the C2 leader boards as "Shannon G" I'll be "leading" the end of the log pages - LOL). I hope to add to the Luna-Tics meter goals and make some friends along the way. As far as outerspace goes, Pluto is my fav because I feel she gets picked on a lot in the interstaller sciences world.
