Super impressed. A couple questions:
1) how tall are you?
2) did you get injured at all over the past yr?
3) how are you managing the 10-12 hrs/wk of exercise on your body both injury wise and fatigue wise?
I am doing 5-6 hrs a week, 51 yrs old, down 10 kg with at least 15 to go, so your example is inspiring.
Bill
I am 5ft 10 and 57 years old this January.
I have had plantar fasciitis, but that’s mainly been from a lot of walking / grass cutting in the Summer / Autumn, as it can be 3-4 miles of up & down cutting. Saw a specialist who said it was from that and I am getting treatment for it.
The only injury is as above and hasn’t affected my exercise regime. Fatigue hasn’t been an issue for me, I have had severe DOMS a few times from heavy weight training sessions, but just do HR Zone 2 rowing for a couple of days after.
I have been using my Apple Watch and an app called Gentler Streak to monitor all aspects of my training.
