How long dos it take for a new time to appear in a ranking?
Tried to input a new time for 2K 70-74 years but still not appearing in the ranking? My screen def says "Unrank" meaning I've clicked "Rank". Does it take a while, days?, for a time to appear in the list?

I assume you mean at https://log.concept2.com in which case it's instantaneous. Post a result and it's available to view it with no delays.

Perhaps you put it in manually without verification and you filter for verified results?

Thanks Guys but the list of rankings that I can see shows Yes's and No's for Verified. I've deleted the previous try, relogged it no joy. Bit out of practice the last time I logged was in 2005 and at least that one is still there.

HA HA I think I found one issue, I logged my time as 8 hours 55 mins! Rectified that but still no BJ in the list

At last, that took me a lot longer than 8 hrs 55m to sort out! Got confused by the season's years, seems we are in 2025 now not 2024 which is where my logged time was. Would it help if in the ranking list the date of each performance was displayed - there's plenty of room on the screen?

You need to select the year of rankings you want to look at, so no need to place it beside the result?!
It's really not that complex. Log your stuff in your logbook with correct date (if you do it manually after your row), then press "rank". It will be ranked in the season, which aligns with your given date during logging the piece.
Of you give a verification code, it will show up as "verified", otherwise not.
Auto-logging by using ergdata or other 3rd party apps will take care of logging and verification. You only need to press "rank" in this case.

I agree the season nomenclature is a bit unclear...but once you know you know. Season starts May 1st and ends the next April 30th - the season "year" is when it ends not when it starts.
