What is recommended for pre-workout warmup and stretching
Just go slow, maybe using the backstop drill: arms only, then add swing, then slide.

Rowing is in itself stretching, since we try to find a good balance of stroke force and length. This happens during warmup.

Late 2024: stroke 4W-min@20-22.

Quite so, sorry I made you wait so long. I too read the OP again, when it reappeared in November.
