Congrats on the new hour PB Hennie!

I've followed your very rapid progress on the forum. You are now faster than me which must mean that you are very fit

With almost equal endurance as me and much more mass you should beat my 500m as well. You know you can go faster than 1:37.6 or are you saving the shorter distances until you feel "done for now" with the longer ones?

I'm looking forward to you beating my new 10k PB as well. But if you want the faster time for long...you better beat it with more than a second...

Cheers

Maybe I will do them in the near future. I make a lot of kms for training, so yes I think I'm kind of fit

First I try to beat my longer distances (5K, 6K, 10K., 30m., 60m., hm. and m.) and than work on my shorter distances. I feel I can go faster on the shorter ones, but must learn to do them properly (not to fast in the beginning).

I like to beat your 10K. with more than 1 sec. , but you have to beat my hour (I think that's no problem for you).

O btw I'm pleased with every progress I make it motivate me to go on.

Hennie

I thought your old 60 minute mark was a little low. Especially with that 10K time. Now all you have to do is take a few seconds off your 5K time before this weekend.

Well done.

Jeff
