This felt quite a lot better than expected despite feeling tired and having another brutal pilates class yesterday, which has to be experienced to be understood as I'm sure that at least some of you must think it can't be that tough.
Btw this isnt a criticism, as I've seen many people over the years think the same thing and never return, but I'd say at its worst it's comparable to the hardest intervals sessions
