I wimped out the last week of the season. No marathon or half-marathon attempts. In fact only rowed 3 times during the week due to too much work.

So I decided to start the season with a PB on rowpro. I missed the scheduled morning races; so I downloaded a rowpro file (14733m) and raced that.

60 minutes 14768 2:01.9, pretty steady the whole way (old pb 14531)

H20,
Thanks for the great description and congratulations on the terrific row!!
I know it must have been difficult to keep going after already telling yourself that you stop early.

David
My old PB was from a 15k workout that I used as a confidence builder for my sub 40 10k. I think I can go sub 2:01 now and hope to eventually break that 15k mark this season.

andy
I had a good one hour row: 16746m (1:47.5).
This improves my previous PB by 300m.
I got someone to witness the row (sort of, beginning and end) and so I could not quit.

The witness business is akward to say the least.
