Give up, the PM2 hasn't been built since 2003. Look for a PM4 or PM5 you will have more success.

This thread from a few weeks ago has some discussion about the benefits of the PM5 over older monitors, that you might find informative.

I think you'll have better luck finding a PM3. Lots of Model Ds sold with PM3 have been upgraded to PM5, and the owners have them still kicking around. I have one, but I'm too lazy to bother selling/shipping it -- I just keep it as a spare.

PM4 was an oddball. If I'm not mistaken, it was sold only on the Model E, which is way less common than the Model D.

PM3 lacks wireless, but otherwise does basically the same things as PM5. See prior discussions.

Would help to know where in the world you are.

A decent PM2 is pretty hard to find now. I am still repairing them and refurbishing them in New Zealand and there is a guy by the name of Simon doing the same in the UK but that's about it.

You preferably need to find one that has had no battery leakage in it.

I still have one for sale but its not going to be worth sending half way round the world these days.
