PM5 on Bike Erg syncs but not on Row Erg

PM5 on Bike Erg syncs but not on Row Erg

Not exactly certain why this is happening. The PM5/Erg Data app works smoothly for my Bike Erg but I cannot get the Row Erg/Erg Data app to sync, even after replacing the batteries. My firmware version for the rower is 34 and the hardware version is 510: #430375600.

Any suggestions: is something deeper wrong with the Rower?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
