The UK forum has a great thread to brag about your PBs. Thought one would be nice here, particularly since I did one today.

Goal was to be 1:49 or less for 10K. New PB of 36:13.5 which is 1:48.6 average. Old PB from May 3, '03 was 37:54.0. DF was 137 and SR ave. was 28.

Congratulations, great improvement! And a great time as well now! From barely under 38 min to soon at 35:xx, that's great.

I have mixed emotions about catching him. I want to improve my times, but don't really want to catch him as I'm hoping he's always faster than me as I'm sure he always will be. Right now he's taking a break after a long season and it's giving me a chance to catch up a little bit.

It would be great if we're the fastest father son pair. Combined current 2k times of 13:13.7.
