Monitor pick up not working

Hi Carl, hoping you can help me I’ve the same issue as the guy questioning his concept 2 rower. I’ve changed the sensor, checked the flywheel 3 contacts and are magnetic, the monitor is all working but just won’t show the speed picking up on the screen? Wondering if you could help?

Is the monitor a PM2 ?

If you pull the handle and the PM2 doesn't turn on, the monitor is faulty.

If you have a PM3/4/5 and its stuck on zero, it is configured for the wrong version of Erg.

Hi Carl thanks so much for your reply, the monitor shows a sticker saying C but when I go to utilities it says D/E and is an older rower so do I follow the instructions and set it up to a C. Will try this tomorrow and hope this fixes it… ? The monitor does come on though when I pull the handle

Yes change it to the
B/C option
