PM3 Display Variations?

Post by miket-nyc » December 26th, 2023, 11:34 am

I'm visiting relatives in Boise, Idaho, and fortunately the local gym has a Model D like the one I have at home, or I'd be going nuts. (For my relatives "exercise" is taking a stroll around the neighborhood every couple of days). Like my machine, this one has a PM3, but with a curious difference from mine. I like to view the Watts display or the rerow display when I'm rowing, and on all the displays my PM3 also shows the total number of meters rowed.

But the PM3 on this machine shows total number of meters on only one of the four displays, and it's not either of the ones I like to use, so I have to keep toggling back and forth if I want to keep track of Watts or rerow. Is this something the user can change or were there multiple variations of the PM3? (BTW, this Model D is newer than mine, not older).

Have you inserted your logcard?
Have you chosen your preferred options?

The PM3 will dumbly present the last settings from the last user unless you do either of those.
