Drag factor relative to damper setting
Hi. Has anyone produced a table showing what approximate drag factor a given damper setting creates on brand new RowErgs?
Re: Drag factor relative to damper setting
Ranges from 100 to 230. Your PM can show you your current drag factor.
08-1940, 183cm, 83kg.
Late 2024: stroke 4W-min@20-22.

Re: Drag factor relative to damper setting
Its non-linear and gets very compressed at the top end. Not much lever movement to go from 190 to 220, lots more lever movement to go from 90 to 120

Clean Erg the DF is over 200 on 10.
As you should be using 110-130 DF after a bit of training for anything distance, that's like 6 or less on the damper setting on a clean Erg.
