Hi Everyone.

I am sorry that I have been absent in the last few days.

Things are picking up here and I cannot believe that the days have not at least 36 hours.

If you are interested in getting answers from me specifically, blog me a comment, because there I get the message directly in my mail box.

Also, and I am all proud of it, I FINALLY purchased an email service so that I can be in touch with my address book with ONE click.

If you are interested in getting training program updates, news that are related to indoor rowing, and other calendar events at the Iron Oarsman, you can submit your email address on the www.gorow.com website or on the world ranking among the Iron Oarsman roster.

Thank you all.

XENO

Xeno,

I just used your workout DVD for the first time and I've gotta say, I LOVE IT!

I doubt you remember me, but I rowed with the women at Brown and graduated the same year as you. I was the scrawny 115 pounder trying to make it as one of John Murphy's heavyweights. I was never a star rower in college, but I survived 4 years in the bow seat. More than that, I learned that I love to row and continued on as a masters rower after 5 years off the water. Finally started sculling last year, but my new job in a city where rowing is a foreign concept has taken me away from my team. The erg has become my primary means of staying in shape but I've found it hard to get motivated and find the time. I'm out of shape, scrawnier than ever, and in dire need of a great workout. Alas, I think I've found it!

Thank you, thank you, thank you,
Erika Mitchell

PS-- I think the one arm and one leg drills are going to make a big difference in my starboard trained body when I get back to sculling!
