new rower

Post by Chas.H » September 3rd, 2023, 6:39 am

Just set up my new rowerg and find that there is a slope from the rear to the centre where the two sections join of 30mm approx. Is this ok or should I level up with blocks under the front pads. The floor that the machine sits on is level.

It's normal that the monorail slopes down to the front of the machine. It's not a big slope.

It seems by design so the seat naturally slides forward and settles near the catch when not in use.
