I just bought one of these yesterday and used it today. It definitely kept me cool but even on the middle setting it dried out my mouth and eyes, so I'll have to experiment with where to put it in my workout space.

I suggest that you aim it at your back if possible.

Yeah. It's the most efficient way to cool down, although it does intuitively feel like it should be your face.

I had to reconfigure my space a bit and repurpose a wastebasket for the fan to sit on, but setting the fan up behind me was the way to go. Good tip!
