Ergdata will log your HR while rowing.

The Regatta app has a direct to HR strap integration and works for iPhone or Android. Also charts the data. Posts to Logbook & Strava.
Which brand strap do you have?

So your PM3 console is a bit dated, but will do the job of telling you your stats. Logbook is forum shorthand for Concept2's Online Logbook, a website managed by Concept2 for logging your rower stats and participating in their annual challenges >> https://log.concept2.com/

Strava is an independent app designed to also record workouts and covers many more types. It offers more social/community features than Logbook and integrates with Concept2 PM5 consoles directly or will record from a watch or phone. >> https://www.strava.com/

If you get hooked on tracking your stats and data, you may want to consider upgrading to a PM5 console. It should retrofit to your current C2 machine but offers direct wireless connection to the above and other apps.

Happy erging!

If your chest strap is a polar or polar compatible then if you buy the receiver from Concept2 then you will be able to link it to your PM3. See here https://shop-uk.concept2.com/rowergs/51 ... pment.html

I think you could also use Polar Beat app to log your HR. I don't have a Polar HRM, but I use their app on my smartphone to record HR as a graph for the session.

This will work separately to the monitor, if you can't connect as it's a PM3, so you'll have to wait until after you've finished to know the details
51 HWT; 6' 4"; 1k= 3:09; 2k= 6:36; 5k= 17:19; 6k= 20:47; 10k= 35:46 30mins= 8,488m 60mins= 16,618m HM= 1:16.47; FM= 2:40:41; 50k= 3:16:09; 100k= 7:52:44; 12hrs = 153km
