Nice one-legged effort in the CTC. I hope your rehab goes well.lindsayh wrote: ↑June 3rd, 2023, 4:50 ammy first sit on an erg post knee replacement today 3 weeks postop - it hasn't been a great recovery yet unfortunately but trying to keep moving and do some weights. "Bums on Seats." Hope the recovery from this one goes as well as the other did. Looking forward to following your progress.
As Gymbeau said, nice one-legged score.

Re: Forum Flyers
thanks guys.
it is indeed a bottom on a seat. I may be a bit quicker later in the month. I have to stop living in the past a bit though as it irritates me to think that it was only a few years ago that I was around 1215m for this piece. It is certainly a frustration Rick as at the moment I am not getting a sense of smooth recovery. There is no obvious explanation for the current lack of knee flexion - I am never the less pushing hard at the rehab and expect to see progress. Can only get better.

Yay! Well done that man! Great to see you back so quickly Lindsay - might not be quite what you hoped for, but early days. Stick with it and good things will happen. Great to hear.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Mike - it's a bit of a slog. Richard Steventon and his long post op hip rehab does put it into perspective and inspires.

The ROM will improve. Give it time and a lot of those leg extensions and compressions you do flat on you back, So sez Jean (TKR right knee 12/21, left 3/22).

Good job, both of you. I too did another this morning two-legged and missed 1000m by more than Julia did.bassongirl wrote: ↑June 14th, 2023, 6:44 amThanks! Re: Forum Flyers
had a better go for the challenge today and making good progress now 6w post TKR
very satisfying actually - my "dream" was to get to 1000 this month but little likelihood I thought
1023m @1:57.3 df129 r28
MHR was 165 so working quite hard (which I liked)

I'm not expecting a lot but it's great to be moving and fit again.
