Customized Oar Flag

Is there any way to see my own oar flag when I row?
I created one in microsoft paint that is the same size as the ones in the rowpro\media folder and added it to the directory as a .jpg file. I see it when I go to Tools...My Colors...Oar Flag. However, when I select it, it shows as the RowPro Logo oar flag. Is ther any way to fix this?

Kind of lost me on this one, all the country flags are already there to choose from why would you need to customise to a flag that doesn't exist ?
