Thanks! It's probably one of my best purchases, the indoor bike I bought I stopped using because my but hurt and I didn't like the sweat just pouring off of me, really like the rowing feeling, the noise you generate (makes you feel you really are 'moving' something) and the combination of technique (I have a lot of work still, also with flexibility in my heels) and cardio.
At the moment, I always started with rowing before my workout to literally 'warm up' as my gym is outside with limited heating (about 12 °C) so it warms up the muscles before doing a power workout. I will post in another section of the forum on how to improve times, I'm not really happy with the 2:13 split I'm doing on the 5k. I'm very 'explosive' and have never been a long distance athlete, but according to the table that is not even novice
Luckily I have a lot of time left to row, only 38, and improve on my technique!
Upgrade used model C vs buying used model D? What to upgrade?

See it as a not so subtle hint your technique has some room for improvement, but nothing more. You might need to improve the distance per stroke by lowering the SPM, as most people rush to the higher SPM's. But you have your own yourney to complete and as long as you are moving frequently and enjoying it, who cares?Belgiansound wrote: ↑March 10th, 2023, 11:53 amI'm not really happy with the 2:13 split I'm doing on the 5k.
