Download workout data from PM5 to ergdata?

I've searched high and low and can't find any info on downloading existing workout data to my iPhone/ergdata. I see that I can use ergdata app to capture workouts and basically replace the PM5 UI during workouts, but is there any way to save my current PM5 data to the phone.

You can connect a PC via cable to the PM5, and then upload them to the C2 logbook. From there, they will appear in ErgData.

Thanks! I figured it out. Using iPhone during workouts and I had to add workouts I'd just done on the PM before I downloaded ergdata and started using it properly. All good. Very much appreciate the help.
