Ergdata fails to save workout

I am using the App Version 2.0.28(2) of ErgData with PM5.

I am frequently unable to save a workout. The workout saves to the PM5 but I get a message that it failed to save to ErgData.

Typically, I can hit "Retry" a couple of times and it will save. But today no matter how many times I pressed "Retry" it would not save.

Apparently, others are experiencing similar problems. A post on this Forum from September states that an upgraded version of ErgData was in the works.

Can anyone tell me where we stand on this issue?

Any resolution to this? I just started having this issue a few days ago too.

This is also happening to me on both bikeerg and rowerg. When I do several sets, it saves the first and sometimes the second, but never the thrid.

Been having the same problem. I select save and go to logbook, it says it saves, and it syncs with the monitor and saves it there, but then its not in my logbook.

Well it appears that I am not alone with this problem. I will try to contact Concept2 directly and see what they say. I will post updates here.
