It's funny because we have approximately the same PBs for 100m/1'/500m but on longer events you're waaayyyyy ahead ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
I definitely need a better engine! And try to break 7' 2k...
I skipped the shorts for a looong time, so not sure my PBs show my current state. But yes, on longer distances I am definitely much stronger as I lack explosiveness ๐Ÿ˜„

My 1k and 2k are the oldest ones (2019), I have to give it a new try.
And also start looking at 10k TT.

Oh, sorry - I did that as warmup for my CTC - 8x 2min on/off intervals at lunch break. The 10k was steady state in the evening without warmup ๐Ÿ˜
